Typically, custom jewelry takes about 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Depending on your design, the process can potentially be expedited if you need your custom jewelry sooner.

We do! Moissanite may be right for you if you LOVE sparkle and don’t mind the slight rainbow colors that are visible in some types of lighting. They are a great option if you want a lot of bling on a budget.

Something to keep in mind is that while Moissanite looks similar to a diamond, it is its own unique gem with unique chemical and optical properties. It is not a synthetic diamond.

Due to the extreme rarity of this gemstone, the moissanite you will find today is lab-created.

We are committed to sourcing natural and precious materials in an ethical and sustainable manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds, and source our diamonds only from known sources and countries that are participants in the Kimberley Process.

We offer a range of lifetime services with the purchase of your A. D’Mae Diamonds diamond engagement ring, including ring sizing, polishing, routinely checking the security of your setting, and free ring cleanings.

You will also receive free jewelry cleaner with the purchase of your engagement ring, to keep your new bling sparkly at home.

We offer appraisals for any jewelry and stones purchased through A. D’Mae Diamonds. We are not able to offer an appraisal on heirloom stones and recommend the piece is appraised before creating a custom piece of jewelry.

Custom fine jewelry totaling more than $5,000 comes with an A. D’Mae Diamonds Appraisal that can be submitted for insurance coverage. An A. D’Mae Diamonds Appraisal for custom jewelry under $5,000 is available upon request. Make sure to ask your insurance agent how often you should get your jewelry appraised. We can supply you with updated appraisals if needed.

Once A. D’Mae Diamonds has delivered a custom, one-of-a-kind jewelry item to its owner, A. D’Mae Diamonds no longer provides insurance coverage. We recommend clients obtain insurance coverage immediately upon receiving their custom fine jewelry, and that all of your fine jewelry is properly insured. Through no affiliation nor endorsement, we advocate Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company for the depth and quality of their coverage, which includes repairs and replacements.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail express shipping on every US order.

Because we make our items to order or entirely custom, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via USPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date provided.

For your protection, A. D’Mae Diamonds always:

• Insures and registers all custom items for their full value.

• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

• Requires an adult signature for all packages. This ensures items are not left on a doorstep for the porch pirates.

• Never lists our name “A. D’Mae Diamonds” on our packages. This ensures that any surprises are kept a surprise, in addition to keeping your jewelry safe up until delivery.

A. D’Mae Diamonds is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from A. D’Mae Diamonds.

Pay in 4 is a feature that lets you split your purchase into 4 payments, with the down payment due at the time of transaction and 3 subsequent payments made every 2 weeks thereafter.
